Since February 2015, members of The Shutter Studio’s carpentry team have been working on a complete house refurbishment in Hayes Way, Beckenham.
The project has been long and arduous, but the finishing touches are now being made to a number of rooms – with window reveals freshly plastered, skimmed and painted, it was agreed that the shutters were ready to be fitted in the bedrooms.
The carpentry team were also tasked with building a bespoke wardrobe unit for one of the bedrooms with stylish shutter doors to keep the clothes inside from becoming stale and musty. The images above show how the wardrobe was built so the skirting and architrave matched the rest of the room. The shuttered doors were then ordered in the white teak hardwood with a pure white finish to match the window shutters with the addition of solid shaker-style bases. Our client is absolutely delighted with their new shutters and quickly noted how the matching wardrobe doors really brightened the room and complemented the window shutters.
If you are interested in shuttered doors for your master bedroom wardrobes or any other form of bespoke carpentry work the team of carpenters employed by The Shutter Studio have the skill and experience to complete a flawless job that exceeds expectations.
